Welcome to the Website of the Clermont County Bar Association. We are an organization, over 220 strong, dedicated to the principles that make the life of the practicing lawyer, whether judge or magistrate, prosecutor or defender, plaintiff's or defendant's counsel, teacher, office holder, researcher or dedicated professional in some other branch of the law, a joy to live, knowing that, as colleagues in the world's greatest, if not oldest, profession we may strive together to improve justice in our community while enjoying a measure of collegiality and sense of camaraderie not always attained by being members of other organizations, whether they be in the law or otherwise.

I am honored to follow in the footsteps of those who have trodden the path of leadership in our fine bar association since its inception in 1937, and I hope to see and talk to as many of my fellow members as I can, whether formally or informally, during my year as President, 2010, and over whatever remaining years I may have left after that in doing what to me is not work, but a labor of love.
