Since the passage of House Bill (420) which was signed into law in December 2008, a new Clermont County Law Library Resources Board must be in place by July, 2009 to begin the transisiton from a private association to the new official county board.

The new board has been appointed and will serve in an unofficial capacity making recommendations and changes that will become effective January 2010.
